Returns Policy

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

– The item is returned in the same condition as it was sent and received

– It has not been modified, fitted, or installed

– It includes any original packaging or labels (where applicable)

Items that have been fitted, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

The following items are not eligible for return:

– Headlights that have been fitted or modified

– Special-order or sourced-to-order items (requested specifically for a customer)

To arrange a return, please contact us at sales@headlights-direct.co.uk with your order number

and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please note:

– Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

– We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the return is approved, a refund will be made to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

If the returned item does not meet our conditions (for example, it has been fitted or damaged), we

may refuse the refund or offer a partial refund.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer either:

– A replacement (if stock is available), or

– A refund if a replacement is not possible.

You may be asked to provide a brief description or photos of the fault to help us process your

request quickly.
