2. Products and Availability

We specialise in the sale of used headlights, all of which are tested on-site prior to sale.

All products listed on our website are physically in stock unless stated otherwise.

If you require a headlight not listed, you may contact us and we will attempt to source it where

possible.

We do not provide fitting or installation services.

Products are sold to UK customers only.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed securely through our website.

We accept debit and credit card payments online.

Payment is taken at the time of order.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

A full VAT invoice can be provided upon request once our VAT number is published.

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you are authorised

to use the payment method.

4. Delivery and Collection

Delivery is available throughout the UK.

Our average delivery time is 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

A delivery charge applies (exact cost to be confirmed and displayed at checkout).

You may also collect your order in person during our business opening hours.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Customers may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible at

sales@headlights-direct.co.uk.

Once dispatched, standard return rules apply.

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are

returned in their original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items that have been fitted or installed cannot be returned, due to their nature as used electrical

parts.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received

and inspected.

6. Warranty and Faulty Items

All headlights are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

If an item develops a fault or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order

details and, if possible, supporting photographs.

We will offer either a replacement (if stock is available) or a refund.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification.

7. Liability

Headlights Direct Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, injury, or loss arising from:

– Incorrect fitting or installation of our products

– Misuse or modification

– Compatibility issues with your vehicle

– Indirect or consequential losses such as labour costs or vehicle downtime

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we

collect, store, and use your personal information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in

accordance with the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction

of the Scottish courts.
